Wellside Business is led by Santosh and Ajit Rai who together have the wealth of experience and skills to deliver the support you need.
Santosh Rai
Director
Santosh has 15 years’ proven expertise in the charity sector delivering research projects and developing strategic plans, feasibility studies, fundraising strategies and funding applications.
She is skilled in liaising with communities and senior management teams and consolidating intelligence to inform evidence based strategic development. Recent projects in health, disability, diversity, sport and the environment.
Ajit Rai
Director
With over 20 years’ sales, marketing and IT experience within a host of diverse markets within the private and public sector, Ajit brings valuable business and communications skills to our clients.
An expert in communication and go to marketing, and partner strategies Ajit also provides valuable research support for our client projects and manages the back office, IT and finance functions of the business.
