As part of the process, Wellside consulted with trustees, members, non-members and key city stakeholders through a variety of means, including workshops, one-to-one telephone interviews as well as developing an online survey.
The Society was approaching our centenary year and so there was a huge amount of background and a wide variety of views as to where the Society should be heading in the next 100 years.
Wellside crucially brought a fresh perspective to the process. They came with a lot of experience, knowledge and skill which helped to focus on the important issues.
Wellside worked incredibly well with everyone who took part – getting the most out of them. They weren’t afraid to positively challenge us and they got us thinking ‘outside the box’ which was really important.
Wellside’s final report was fundamental in the development of our +PLUS strategy – without their skill, insight and understanding, it simply wouldn’t have been possible for us to develop a such clear, concise and deliverable strategy.
